By accessing DhaqanLens, you agree to comply with our competition guidelines, university policies, and student code of conduct. The platform is created exclusively for celebrating student photography and culture at SIMAD University.

To ensure the integrity of the live leaderboard and competition outcomes:

• Users must only authenticate using their assigned SIMAD University Google workspace credentials.
• Any form of voter manipulation, bot traffic, automated scripts, or account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to audit, flag, and remove suspect or fraudulent votes from any candidate rankings.

All student photographers retain the copyright to their respective photo submissions. By submitting an entry to DhaqanLens, candidates grant the university and platform organisers a non-exclusive license to display, feature, and archive the digital artwork for showcase, ranking, and promotional purposes.

DhaqanLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we make every effort to keep the voting data precise and the platform online, we are not liable for any temporary outages, database latency, or loss of access during active rounds.
